Shutting down on remote access
#1
Hi!

I am using around 50 TB for digital signage, mostly without problems

But a few issues has occured

Suddenly shutting of when connecting remotely with teamviewer (MAJOR ISSUE)

Sometimes weird graphic problems, distorted background image and corrupted videos

Randomly "forgetting" the teamviewer account

Similar issues regardless of Android build

Please advice

I never use Teamviewer.

1 May contact them to see if anything can be tweeked on their end.

2 Are you connect with cable or wireless?

3 What power unit you using?
May need to use 3A power unit.

4 Keep only one tab open when running teamviewr.  I get problems if 6 or so tabs are open.

5 Do you have a fan and heatsink with the board? Is it over heating or the cpu running like crazy?

6 Are there alternatives to teamviewer that will work better? Looks like skype program.

7 Try Armbian or one of the others.

That's all I can think of.at the moment.
