how can i use adb ?

the board has only one usb-ogt which is used for power supply . 
how can i debug android app via adb ?

Hi, you need to power the board via the 40pin header. Pin 2 or 4 - 5V, Pin 6 - GND. Then connect the otg cable while booting. Please be careful not to feed more than 5V or to use different pin. Pls take a look to the connection diagram before.

This I don't know. And yes, you need minimum 2A. If your power supply has less or because of thin cable or weak connector some drop in voltage, the board won't boot.
