Latest Android build failure
#1
Hi,

The latest Android 7.1.2 build fails as shown below.
I successfully built couple of months ago. So it must be the latest commit that is creating issues.

Thanks
Vasant

Do you see? Ninja is the cause. To be more specific is recovery_from_boot.p
Light blue words might be a link. Have you try to click on them? Big Grin

I did not change any code. So I am assuming the the repository is broken for now.

Hi Vasant,

Do you follow this document step by step?

Find the build SOP document at the below path.

Yes, I did follow the steps.

At this point I would rather wait for their Oreo release as Nougat is dated and not worth investing time in.
I hope it happens soon.

Hi Lyle,

I was finally able to build the latest Android. It runs fine except for the following banner when it first boots up:
"Android System
There's an internal problem with your device"
The banner goes away after I click OK.

Do you see this with your build ?
