Depends if the game developer has included keyboard support.
Some do, some don’t.

As at least one example: Demolition Derby works fine with keyboard

Same goes for game pad support - it’s down to individual developers,
But many games do support gamepads.

There are some lists of gamepad/keyboard supported games on the web :
http://androidgamepadgames.com/

Clicking the screen with the mouse always works to emulate touch obviously,
But that isn’t great for a fast moving game.

I’ve not found a solution for games that rely on tilting the phone
- is there some fake-accelerometer that could map to keys ?
(bluestacks android emulator does that on windows)
